My volvo s40 is a 03 reg( 7 yrs old) 1.8l and has 107,000 miles on the clock. I have serviced it regularly but the gear changes are becoming stiff.The clutch is ok and does not slip. When the engine is off the gears change easily but when the engine is running the gears are stiff and hard to change.... Read More »

Battery?
